BAREFOOT MANITOU INCLINE Injury on 6 mile run .. hyped up my adrenaline to over-come injury .. “Turn it off” as in ignore the pain and run the 3 miles I still had to go.

My injury turned out not to be a broken toe, but sure hurt like it.

I also ran the incline in 40 – 58 degree weather. ICED UP and painful. 
When I lived in Texas I did 101 degree highway asphalt running geo confirmed with temperature.
A passer by stopped and questioned me, as if I were crazy 🙂

My washing machine just “Turns off”. I Multi-metered the wall socket. I don’t know much about appliances, but I quickly learned. I checked continuity and found the switch was the problem. I bought the set used from an appliance store in Colorado who also provides “Repair Services”. Watch this video, and let me know if you agree. It looks like they rigged the unit to fail, but I busted them. I posted this and others stated similar problems from the company I bought these from.
